1. 30-Day Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused and in their original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, go to your account, open the relevant order, and select 'Return item'. Follow the instructions to print a prepaid shipping label. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.
- Open the order in your account dashboard
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return
- Print the prepaid return label and ship it back
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. This ensures you get the replacement as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened.
- Grocery, gourmet, and perishable goods
- Opened personal care, beauty, and health products
- Gift cards and digital downloads
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.
