We offer several delivery options at checkout to fit your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is dispatched.
- Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days ($6.99, free over $40)
- Express Delivery — 1–2 business days ($14.99)
- Next-Day Delivery — order by 3pm for delivery tomorrow ($24.99)
2. Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $40. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. You can also use the FREESHIP coupon for free shipping on any order.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can track its progress from your account dashboard or the Track Order page using your order ID and email.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
